- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of OEM projects, including product recommendations, contract negotiations, and order fulfillment, ensuring our OEM products remain competitive in the market.
- Contract/Price/Scheme Application: Handle contracts, pricing agreements, and customer demands within your jurisdiction to ensure smooth cooperation.
- Inventory and Receivables Management: Adhere to sales management standards by effectively scheduling customer orders, reconciling accounts, and mitigating inventory and receivables risks.
- Information Gathering: Proactively collect customer information based on market trends while staying informed about competitors' products and strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in biomedical chemistry or related field.
- Experience: Over 3 years of extensive sales experience in serving major customers, with a solid understanding of medical device consumables and familiarity with the OEM business model in the medical device industry.
- Skills: Excellent negotiating power, ability to adjust to unpredictable travel situations, enhanced proficiency in English communication and written expression.
