Sales Manager

At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry to be people-first, then business. We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and help us deliver a superior client experience.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current customers, generating new business opportunities, and identifying needs to develop proposals with Element's value-added services. This role will also involve coordinating the end-to-end sales process, including risk underwriting, customer visits, contract negotiation, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan to drive business growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify and articulate best practices within the industry to drive loyalty and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
