Tech Support Specialist

As a Tech Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch IT support to internal employees at Zillow. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless connectivity, and maintaining audio-visual systems during company meetings and events.
In addition to a competitive base salary of approximately $45,000 per year, this position also offers eligibility for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level technical support to internal employees via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, including break/fix problems and connectivity issues.
- Maintain and set up audio-visual systems for company meetings, events, and conference rooms.
- Process warranty repairs and replacements, conduct physical asset counts, and maintain inventory management.
- On-site shipping and receiving of hardware for new hires and break/fix machines.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Familiarity with Intune, enterprise windows device management, and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
