**Requirements:**
• Basic tech support knowledge: Difference between modem and router, basic troubleshooting for low internet speed, troubleshooting for cable TV encoders or cable boxes, bandwidth domain, how to locate the IP address of a computer, among others.
• At least 1 year of experience in a bilingual call center (preferably in tech support)
• Advanced English level
• High School diploma or equivalent (bachillerato)
• Schedule availability between 7 am and 10 pm
• Availability to work on-site (Azcapotzalco, CDMX)
• Customer service skills (how to be emphatic, how to deal with upset customers, express clearly)
**Job Type:** Full-time, Indefinite contract
**Salary:** MXN$14,000.00 per month
**Work Schedule:** Day shift
