UK Ticketing Platform Support Specialist

At Prometeo Talent, we are seeking an experienced Tech Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in ensuring the seamless operation of our ticketing platform, you will be responsible for rolling out new features and integrations, providing top-notch customer support, and managing payment processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in tech support and senior-level customer service, with proficiency in working with CRMs, especially HubSpot and Air Cool. Familiarity with integrations involving Mailchimp, QuickBooks, and other platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Rollout and Integration: Lead the rollout of new features and integrations, ensuring a smooth transition for users.
- Refunds and Event Creation: Handle refund requests and assist in creating events on the platform.
- CRM Expertise: Utilize your previous experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot and Air Cool, and assist in managing customer data effectively.
- Payment Processing: Manage payment processes, including interactions with Zero and Stripe platforms.
Requirements:
- Tech Support Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in tech support and senior-level customer service.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in working with CRMs, especially HubSpot and Air Cool, is highly beneficial.
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with integrations involving Mailchimp, QuickBooks, and other platforms is a plus.
Salary Range:
We offer a competitive monthly salary of £25,000 - £35,000 via Stripe, commensurate with experience.
