Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Search Marketing Strategist to lead our search engine optimization and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and execute content strategies, link building plans, and keyword research initiatives to boost rankings on major search networks.
  • Paid Search Management: Manage SEM campaigns across Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and other relevant search engines to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Budget Management: Oversee campaign expenses, ensuring alignment with budget constraints and providing estimates for future costs.
  • Copywriting and Landing Page Optimization: Craft compelling copy and optimize landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Content Optimization: Conduct ongoing analysis of website content, including blogs, articles, and assets, to enhance organic traffic.
  • Link Building Strategies: Research and implement link-building tactics to improve website authority and search engine rankings.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and programming.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and other search engines.
  • Detailed understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Proficiency with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development.
  • Staying current with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Google Ads or Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Magento, or Shopify.
  • Expertise in e-commerce SEO and SEM strategies.
