About Us:

We are a talent solutions business working with clients globally. Our expertise lies in sourcing, selecting and retaining the right people for the right jobs.

The Role:

Our general hours of operation are from 7am to 2pm.

Key Responsibilities:

We post job requisitions across internal and external systems following our agreed process methodology.

We ensure job postings comply with client and government standards.

We coordinate large-scale hiring events.

We create offer letters using our clients' HR systems and obtain necessary approvals.

We initiate and monitor onboarding activities as per our clients' processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish is essential, with basic English skills required for listening, writing, and speaking.

Previous administrative experience is preferred.

Customer service or relevant customer-facing experience is desirable.

Prior recruitment or onboarding administrative experience, such as generating employment offers, is an asset.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial.

A proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.

Degree-level education or equivalent is preferred.

Experience in permanent recruitment search, ideally within life sciences, clinical, pharmaceutical, engineering, or manufacturing sectors, is beneficial.

A minimum of 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, biotech, or related industries, preferably in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related fields, is required.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
