**Job Summary**

Meztal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor Attorney to join our legal team. As a Labor Attorney, you will provide legal advice and support to our clients on various labor and employment matters.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on labor and employment matters.
  • Represent clients in labor disputes, including negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement legal strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • Admission to practice law in the jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience representing clients in labor disputes.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Advanced English.
  • Willing to work in a Hybrid model.
  • Experience working with transnational corporations.
