Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Job Description:Job Purpose
  • Oversee high-level programs of complex nature, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Lead projects from conceptualization to implementation, driving success and acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, instruct, direct, assign, and monitor the work of team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Assign project managers to manage cost, schedule, and performance of component projects, ensuring overall program success.
  • Ensure continuous alignment of scope and strategic business objectives, making recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Determine and coordinate the sharing of resources among project constituents to benefit the overall success of the program.
  • Demonstrate expertise in various fields, concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Utilize extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Perform a variety of complex tasks, implementing creativity and latitude in tasks.
  • Lead and direct the work of others, reporting directly to a manager or senior manager.
Required Qualifications / Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in Automotive Engineering or Program Management (Preferred).
  • Recent graduates may be considered.
Key Skills and Abilities
  • Skilled in finance, cross-cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong ability to build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with customers at multiple levels.
  • Expertise in various applications and software methodologies.
  • Experience in System Life Cycle.
