Job SummaryWe're seeking a Compliance Sr Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance program, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our internal control and compliance-related programs are effective and efficient.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare reports for internal control and compliance-related programs, including CoDA's Compliance program, CoDA Compliance Testing, and Annual Compliance Risk Assessment.
- Provide support and assistance to the Compliance Officer for daily duties and projects, including drafting reports associated with rejected and blocked transactions.
- Track transactions and make decisions on which should be escalated to management for possible violations.
- Assist in the compilation of regular reports.
- Assist employees with questions and issues.
- Participate in special projects.
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
