Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Desktop Support Senior Technician to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our associates, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining the integrity of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to associates, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Maintain the integrity of our IT infrastructure, including hardware and software updates, and ensure that all systems are running smoothly.
- Work closely with the Desktop Support Director to prioritize and resolve technical issues, and provide regular updates on the status of tickets.
- Evaluate and recommend technical solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services and support.
Requirements
- IT-related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
- 5 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a strong background in IT support and infrastructure.
- Excellent technical knowledge, including PowerShell scripting, desktop support, and hardware and software navigation on various Windows operating systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with associates and other teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
