About the Role

We're seeking a senior desktop support technician to join our Helpdesk team and provide top-notch support for our enterprise organization's tools and infrastructure. You'll work closely with our team to resolve technical issues, improve workflow efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline IT support for our business, including onboarding, offboarding, hardware and software fulfillment, end-user training, and more.
  • Lead projects as a technical lead and mentor junior employees to develop their skills.
  • Document procedures, policies, and technical instructions to ensure seamless knowledge sharing.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in tech support or customer service.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Advanced experience with macOS, JAMF Pro, Okta, Google Meet, AV conferencing technology, Zendesk, Jira, Python, JavaScript, Bash, scripting, and automation tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
