Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide direct technical support to computer system users at Thermo Fisher Scientific. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
About the Role
This role involves providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, VPN connectivity, electronic mail, and operating systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for desk-side support for end-users and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience. As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
