- Ensure that all locally-developed creative marketing materials adhere to strict brand guidelines.
- Assist with writing and editing of promotional online literature, newsletters, direct marketing, and Internet marketing projects.
- Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary marketing team to communicate, coordinate, and integrate marketing efforts.
- Develop opportunities to add additional value to other department initiatives.
- Monitor all processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity.
- Review marketing materials and make recommended edits.
- Manage third-party vendors to deliver web functionalities.
- Ensure agreements with third-party vendors are executed and well maintained.
- Audit and assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- 0-2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven content management and e-marketing skills.
- Results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of business and Internet banking.
- Thorough knowledge of financial products and their dynamics, new marketing techniques and industry and market trends.
- Must have depth and breadth of knowledge and understanding of new media and technology-enabled online marketing solutions.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
