Job Title: Product and Application Learning Specialist

At Infineon Technologies, we're seeking a highly skilled Product and Application Learning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our products and applications training strategy, working closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training strategies to enhance product and application knowledge among customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, storyboard, and produce training presentations, videos, and eLearning content.
  • Ensure high-quality training content by reviewing and editing scripts, audio recordings, and visual aids.
  • Design and develop instructional graphics, charts, and other visual elements to support training content.
  • Conduct training recordings in our studio and produce high-quality training content using tools like Articulate, Adobe Premiere, and TechSmith Camtasia.
  • Support the development of webinars, including moderation and content creation.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to leverage training content for external target groups.
  • Analyze learner data insights and competitive offerings to suggest program improvements.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in creating effective educational or marketing content with subject matter experts.
  • Excellent program management, storyboarding, and hosting skills, with experience in Adobe Premiere and TechSmith Camtasia a plus.
  • Self-driven and structured, with strong attention to detail and data-based decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Instructional Design, Communication Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Training Development, Marketing, Communication, or other roles involving content production, preferably in the Technology area.
  • Experience coaching others to translate complex topics into clear, concise, and compelling content.
  • Experience creating training content with Articulate and video editing with Adobe Premiere and TechSmith Camtasia.
  • Self-starter with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with others at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Good command of MS Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel mandatory).
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of German a plus.
  • Frequent travel to the USA expected (once per 6-8 weeks), so a US visa is mandatory.
