Sales Representative Bilingual Call Center Expert

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at AT&T. As a bilingual call center expert, you will be responsible for engaging with US-based English speakers and utilizing advanced sales techniques to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize sales techniques to encourage good customer relationships and enhance the buying experience
- Apply customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and sell a variety of AT&T products or services to meet customers' needs
- Provide customer service and billing support, solve any issue related to a customer's account
- Add new lines or services to accounts to help customers' businesses grow
- Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating understanding of customer needs beyond just the resolution of the issue
- Find a personalized solution that fits each customer and make recommendations (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotions)
What You'll Bring:
- Advanced English fluency to engage with US-based English speakers
- Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must
- 1 year of sales experience (or excellent communication skills)
- Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 days off per week

- Monthly Base Salary: MXN $18,566.66 (before Taxes)
- Average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000, when meeting sales and service targets
