About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team at Factorial HR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Procurement Coordination: Coordinate purchases in the area of HR and Travels, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions, ensuring the best value for the company.
  3. Inventory Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries of goods and services, and work closely with the Accounting team in relation to invoices and payments.
  4. Procurement Analysis: Monitor and analyze purchasing trends, making recommendations for improvements to optimize procurement processes.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders and supplier contracts.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management is preferred but not required.
  3. Language Skills: Fluent Spanish (at least B2) and English.
  4. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  5. Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and in a team environment, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
