Okta, Inc. seeks a talented Support Specialist for Customer Identity Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our customers who have implemented the Customer Identity SaaS solution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving technical and non-technical issues.
- Operational management of Support tickets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.
- Contribute to and maintain the repository of product area-specific knowledge and promote a culture of team knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical support and software development experience or 2-5 years of experience in a business or technical analyst role for medium to large-scale business software implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with ability to quickly come up to speed on complex concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
