Job Summary
Mycronic USA is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and order fulfillment process, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the customer order management system
- Receive and audit orders to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate delivery of orders and track status
- Verify invoices and arrange billing
- Provide sales support and complete tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Marketing, or Business
- Relevant experience in foreign trade or import-export companies
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
