Administrative Support Specialist

Role Summary
The Administrative Support Specialist will provide high-level administrative support to senior-level managers, including Area Directors, in a one-on-one working relationship. This role requires a proactive and creative approach to contribute to an entrepreneurial environment that is outcomes-driven and community-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and perform general office management duties necessary for the efficient operation of an office or program.
- Set up, organize, and plan events, both internal and off-site.
- Act as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams.
- Develop and recommend administrative processes and procedures to assure efficiency in general office operations.
- Interpret and communicate operating policies.
- Provide guidance and advice on administrative tasks, promoting the autonomy and self-management of colleagues.
Requirements
- A valid ID and a degree in Executive Assistance, Business Administration, Business Services, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives or directors.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with advanced comprehensive written and oral skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
