**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our Senior Management team within the Risk and Compliance Chief to Staff and Regulatory Compliance department.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing responsive and high-quality senior administrative support, with a strong focus on diary management, correspondence, and coordination of travel and accommodation requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide full administrative support to Senior Management, including diary management, correspondence, and coordination of travel and accommodation requirements.
  • Manage and maintain department inventories and records.
  • Coordinate conferences and off-site events, including preparation and collation of presentation material.
  • Work effectively with the HBMX, Group, Region, and Local teams.
  • Build and maintain a strong network in Mexico and other markets.

**Requirements**

  • Experience and understanding of the HSBC Group, its culture, policies, and procedures desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of liaison with colleagues at all levels within the Bank.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in managing fast-changing calendars across global time zones.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters at the highest level.
  • Flexible and able to work in a pressurized environment.
