We are seeking an enthusiastic, capable, and detail-oriented Support Officer to join our team. This role involves supporting our administration departments, including travel, visa, customer satisfaction, and payments.

A great listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential for success in this role. Administrative and repetitive tasks are a significant part of this position, requiring enthusiasm, efficiency, and a supportive attitude.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Log travel arrangements in our system for all travelers.
  • Issue Participation Certificates for all travelers.
  • Assist the Support Manager in preparing the monthly Customer Satisfaction Report.
  • Help with visa instructions maintenance, cancellation requests, and customer satisfaction complaints.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required.

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Fluent written and conversational English.
  • Organized, methodical, attention to detail, proactive, responsible, and trustworthy.

Desirable:

  • Personal travel experience and working in the travel industry or an international multi-cultural organization is highly desirable.
