Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead four teams of marketing operations professionals specializing in marketing automation, lead management, prospect data, and campaign operations.
  • Champion operational excellence within the division, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Align marketing operations initiatives with broader marketing and organizational goals.
  • Own the Marketo strategy, implementation, and optimization to drive our global marketing automation transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our processes are robust, efficient, and aligned with our overall business strategy.
Requirements:
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CDP, and lead management systems, particularly Adobe & Marketo, and their integration with CRM and APIs.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What We Offer:

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $163,000.00-$245,000.00.
