Early Talent Leadership Development Program Specialist

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking talented professionals to participate in the Early Talent Leadership Development program. We are a leading global technology leader committed to making what matters work.
**About Our Program**
The Early Talent Leadership Development program is a two-year rotational leadership development program that provides participants with diverse experiences and opportunities to develop their skills and knowledge. Each participant will be assigned to two different roles within Eaton, each lasting 12 months, allowing them to gain a broad understanding of the company's operations and culture.
**What You'll Do**
As a participant in our Early Talent Leadership Development program, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, interact with experienced leaders, and develop your leadership skills. You will also have the chance to present to Eaton leaders and learn from senior executives.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $75,000 depending on location and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be eligible for this program, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic Engineering or similar from an accredited institution, with a graduation date no more than 2 years ago and general average of 8.0 or higher. Additionally, candidates must have geographical flexibility to relocate, ability to speak a second language fluently (English), and demonstrated ability to lead others within campus and/or community.
