We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that we know our customers and are compliant with all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting comprehensive reviews of existing clients to ensure that we have a thorough understanding of their business needs and risk profiles.
- Improving Financial Crime Compliance and other regulatory and legal requirements by working closely with stakeholders to identify and manage risk.
- Reviewing on-boarding applications and documentation for new customers to ensure that they meet our compliance standards.
- Serving as a partner with the business to maintain quality relationships while mitigating regulatory and legal risk.
- Ensuring that clients are reviewed and made compliant with current standards at the time of a Material Trigger Event or a scheduled Periodic Review.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven analytical, organizational, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation, dependability, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office and Access databases.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience handling escalations and balancing customer needs with compliance requirements.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a range of benefits, including paid leave packages, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
