Business Specialist
**Objetivo del Puesto**:
Como Business Specialist, serás el principal en generar análisis e insights a partir de la información obtenida, que permitan tomar decisiones de negocio.
**Requisitos**:
Excel avanzado
Certificación de Salesforce (deseable)
Power BI
Conocimientos en UX/UI
Gestión de proyectos
Conocimiento en procesos comerciales
Manejo de Pipeline
**Responsabilidades**:
Desarrollar e impulsar proyectos de automatización de procesos comerciales a través de plataformas digitales.
Recopilar y analizar la información para mejorar la estrategia de negocio de la empresa
Generar reportes y presentaciones ejecutivas de los hallazgos y la propuesta de acciones
Hacer el seguimiento y la evaluación de la implementación de la estrategia de negocio
Documentar y mejorar los mapas de procesos comerciales, principalmente el Customer Journey
