Responsibilities

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Experience Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our users. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and developing effective training plans that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and training delivery, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to analyze problems and develop creative solutions, and have a passion for learning and development.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our users
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop effective training plans
  • Developing and delivering training materials, including presentations, videos, and guides
  • Tracking and analyzing learning program effectiveness through various evaluation techniques
  • Driving the measurement strategy of learning initiatives to ensure our teams are meeting or exceeding our training success metrics
Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Learning Experience Facilitator who has a strong background in instructional design and training delivery. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a learning/training role
  • Passion for learning and people development
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better learning solutions
  • Experience developing training materials, including presentations, videos, and guides
  • Experience developing and implementing learning interventions
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to adapt style and training, depending on business needs and learner profiles
  • Ability to extract, coordinate and communicate learning data for reporting purposes
Preferred Qualifications

We're also looking for candidates who have:

  • Proven Project/Program Management experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Understanding effective teaching methodologies
  • Knowledge of curriculum design and development
