The Digital Product Associate Manager will play a critical role in the global Product Management team at PepsiCo. Key Responsibilities- Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with global product managers and CoE to build and prioritize product features for local markets.
- Product Delivery: Coordinate design, build, and deployment of the product in a local market, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Integration and Alignment: Support the integration of all streams of work for the market, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
- Quality Assurance: Own overall quality of product being delivered, ensuring it meets business requirements and user needs.
- Metrics and Reporting: Measure, manage, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product in the market.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, business engagement, and product managers to socialize product plans and requirements, research, brainstorm, and validate new functionality.
- Product Management Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, with experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; bachelor's degree in quantitative or engineering-related field preferred.
- Industry Experience: IBP, Demand Planning, S&OP, or S&OE experience preferred; CPG experience preferred.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior-level management.
- Collaboration: Positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adjust to different needs in an ever-changing environment.
- Leadership: Ability to lead others without direct authority, with a strong organizational and interpersonal skillset.
- Business Acumen: Understands both the engineering and business side of the products released, with a user-centric approach to decision-making.
