We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Ericsson. As a key member of our Software Support team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure software tools and systems to ensure seamless customer support
- Perform initial contract validation and set up communication channels to resolve customer issues
- Build and manage customer tickets, engage with emergency recovery centers, and initiate notifications as needed
- Provide language assistance and support to customers
- Ensure all incidents, requests, and issues are resolved or escalated to the correct teams for resolution
- Manage performance reporting and assist in monitoring ticket progress
- Support process management and ensure adherence to customer support processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and customer management skills
- Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong customer interaction skills over the phone
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Good decision-making ability
- Process-oriented and independent
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations
- Availability to work in 4x3 shifts
