Dawn Foods is seeking a highly skilled HCM Systems Analyst to join its Global People Technology team. Located in Jackson, Michigan, this fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside talented individuals and drive innovation in the field of HR technology.

About the Role

As an HCM Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the configuration and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central. You will also oversee the integration of Employee Central data with other business systems, utilizing CPI and API.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and optimize SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules.
  • Design and implement integrations with other business systems, including US and global payroll.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide key HR metrics and analytics.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions and enhancements.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
  • Provide technical input to improve HR processes and workflows.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SuccessFactors environment.

This role requires strong proficiency in CPI, API, and Integration Center, as well as experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics. A background in configuring and optimizing SuccessFactors RCM/RMK, ONB 2.0, and Employee Central modules is essential. Experience with IAS, Work Zone, EC Service Center, and People Analytics Stories is preferred.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in configuring and optimizing SuccessFactors modules.
  • Strong proficiency in CPI, API, and Integration Center.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
