Innovative HR professionals, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead/HR Digital Solutions role at Pagepersonnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the HR digital solutions team to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge HR strategies and solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee the production of comprehensive reports for HR metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure the HR digital solutions align with the company's goals and objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with other department leads to streamline HR processes, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members on digital solutions, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in HR digital solutions, applying knowledge to drive business success.
  • Maintain data privacy and confidentiality at all times, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience with different Workday Modules' backend operational activities and troubleshooting: HCM, Learning, Performance, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, etc.
  • Previous knowledge managing people is a must (supervisor, team lead, manager, etc.)
  • Workday's Reporting & Analytics Module functionality knowledge is a huge plus
  • Advanced English level and Spanish fluency. Portuguese is a plus
  • Ticketing systems knowledge. ServiceNow is highly preferred
  • Knowledge in a Service Center with direct customer/user interaction is ideal
  • Knowledge creating reports, conducting audits, and interpreting data to conduct analysis
  • Microsoft Power BI or other data reporting/visualization skills and tools is another plus
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and in general of the different MS Office programs
  • University Degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Knowledge in more than one ERP or HCM systems is preferred
  • ADP/Kronos/TRESS or any Payroll system is a plus
  • Knowledge in UAT testing is ideal
