**Job Overview**:

We are currently looking for a Team Lead for our Sports Live Data team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members regularly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Support the Sports Data Manager in overseeing the organization of workflow and personnel schedules in the most efficient manner relative to cost, time, and accuracy. Provide prioritization guidance of work assignments, manage team members' performance, and maintain workload requirements. Inform manager and staff of changes to deadlines, maintain quality and coverage standards within the content database, and resolve and direct discrepancies reported by clients.

**Requirements**:

3+ years of team management work experience, experience in working with global stakeholders and clients, and a proven record of delivering quality results on time. You should be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively both verbally and in written communication. Maintain composure and respond appropriately in stressful or crisis situations. Ability to effectively build consensus within the team and among disparate stakeholders, and capability to evaluate process performance within an organization and make recommendations for improvements.
