Sales Team Lead

As a Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the ongoing success of our business, executing new strategies, and propelling us towards becoming the number one option in joint reconstruction, trauma, and sports medicine.
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial positions, preferably in Medical Devices/Medtech. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales promotion activities to achieve maximum sales and profit.
- Implement marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing programs to drive business success.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business strategy and goals.
- Develop and execute short- and long-range sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead key negotiations and develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Support inventory management and planning to ensure optimal business performance.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of business.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of related experience in commercial positions, preferably in Medical Devices/Medtech.
- University/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, MBA desired.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct, lead, and motivate self and others.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a strong analytical and organizational mindset.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and virtual team environment, with a proactive and resilient approach to problem-solving.
