Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to project management and operations teams.
  • Prepare correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes as required.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, and distribute project documents to clients and within the company.
  • Assume primary responsibility for study files, ensuring accuracy and completion in accordance with contracts and client expectations.
  • Generate training and CV reports, and perform readiness reviews to support project managers.
  • Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Providing eTMF training and technical support to project team members.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for document management for the TMF plan, set-up, maintenance, and final shipment.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree or undergraduate degree.
  • Proven ability to use MS Office suite or applications.
  • 5 years' experience in equivalent work experience, including Word, Excel, MS clinical/bio analytical research Project, and PowerPoint in a similar position.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
  • Familiarity with relevant business terminology.
  • 5 years CRO/Sponsor experience.
