Human Resources Specialist

The Employee Relations Analyst role is a developing professional position that involves dealing with complex problems independently and has some latitude to solve issues. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of industry standards and practices, as well as a solid understanding of how the team and area integrate with others to accomplish objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will participate in initiatives involving the governance of investigations and complaint management, including direct engagement with regulators. This may involve conducting investigations as needed, responding to workplace concerns on behalf of senior management, and working with the Employment Law team to investigate agency charges and litigation.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations or a related field, as well as a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. They will also have excellent communication and diplomacy skills, as well as the ability to manage policies and procedures, as well as software applications such as Microsoft Office.
**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
