This role is part of the supply chain function and involves managing a select group of suppliers to ensure standard supply delivery performance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying areas of risk and developing mitigation plans to prevent potential disruptions in supply. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring KPIs and taking necessary actions to improve supplier performance.
- Managing global supply demand and capacities to avoid bottlenecks.
- Identifying risks in the external supply base and implementing measures to mitigate them.
- Coordinating with suppliers to resolve issues and improve delivery times.
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes as needed. You will also participate in local SIOP processes and contribute to operational discussions.
A strong background in supply chain management and experience working with SAP are preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration required.
- 7+ years' experience in Supply Chain Management required.
- SAP experience preferred.
