Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Indirect Procurement Category Manager to join our Global Indirect Sourcing Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies and supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies to drive cost savings and maximize contract value.
  • Lead go-to-market approaches, including conducting competitive bid processes and evaluating suppliers.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including business reviews and delivering ongoing business value.
  • Analyze spend information and business needs to build category plans and strategic sourcing activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with at least 3 years in service and IT sourcing.
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Results-driven attitude with a customer-centric focus on procurement.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and make decisions in line with department goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications in Project/Supply Chain/Procurement/Contract Management.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, E-Sourcing Platforms, and Project Management Tools.
  • Master's Degree or higher.
