About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty and Brand Manager to join our Consumer Engagement team at PepsiCo Mexico Foods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Consumer Loyalty Strategy, driving business growth, and delivering value to our consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of new and existing technologies to enhance PepsiCo Mexico Foods' capabilities, building an ecosystem of platforms to engage consumers and drive business growth.
  • Develop and deploy a long-term plan to generate advocates for our brand initiatives and programs, increasing frequency of consumption through digital products.
  • Lead the implementation and alignment of all ecosystem platforms and channels with the brand strategy and desired positioning.
What You'll Achieve

As Loyalty and Brand Manager, you will have a significant impact on our business, driving growth and delivering value to our consumers. Your scope will include:

  • Leading the deployment of the Loyalty strategy and Engagement platforms, converting necessities into actionables with clear consumer value.
  • Aligning main internal and external cross-functional stakeholders with the Loyalty strategy, JOY brand strategy, and Digital Products vision.
  • Managing budget planning and execution, as well as partner contracts.
  • Managing and inspiring a team of 2 people to fulfill their goals and lead others in executing plans.
  • Creating and delivering the JOY brand strategy and equity to position it in the market as a digital product.
  • Leading the development of a strong data-based loyalty strategy to generate advocates for brands and brand programs.
  • Leading the consumer value proposition to retain consumers within JOY and make them loyal to our brands through experiences across channels.
  • Managing the Always-on rewards catalog to be aligned with the Loyalty strategy and offer continuous value to consumers.
  • Guaranteeing a Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle to deliver value and a frictionless usage within the JOY ecosystem.
  • Keeping a competency landscape for JOY to set differentiation and value in the market (Share of platforms use).
  • Leading the partnerships strategy to elevate the loyalty strategy within JOY and deliver higher value to users.
Requirements

We are looking for a skilled executive with a deep understanding of the massive consumer goods industry end-to-end value chain and commercial processes. You should have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in the technology industry, massive consumer goods, or related.
  • Previous experience working in Loyalty programs/Digital Products or consumer-centric projects.
  • Digital Marketing experience and knowledge.
  • Brand positioning knowledge.
  • Business industry know-how.
  • Strong analytical and insights-generation skills to bring cross-industries best practices.
