Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Citigroup Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and strengthen corporate relationships to facilitate the sale of banking products
- Drive acquisition of new corporate clients to expand the target market within approved segments
- Maximize revenue potential from the portfolio of corporate clients by deepening existing relationships
- Lead initiatives such as market sizing, increasing penetration in existing corporates, and perceptual scale driven micro-marketing activities
- Acquire new corporates to increase sourcing pool and other cross-sell products
- Make defined number of visits per mapped corporate per month, with a call memo on SharePoint to track visits and visit notes
- Re-initiate relationship with profitable inactive corporates
- Increase acquisition from mapped split corporates through new employee acquisition, migration of accounts, and increasing penetration in the mapped corporate
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales of consumer banking products to corporates
- Individuals with prior experience in sales and business development
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
