As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement
  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Coach and develop leadership skills to improve performance and retention
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the central HR team to support HR standardization and consistent operating practices
  • Lead talent review processes to ensure value from the process and progressive improvements in succession planning
  • Manage HR Employee Relations remit to deliver an excellent HR service to the sites
  • Support local corporate social responsibility initiatives and drive the delivery of DEI&W agenda

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in developing leadership across a manufacturing site with significant Human Resources experience at a management level
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, Portuguese preferred
  • Thirst for learning with a current in-depth knowledge of Federal Labor Law and Labor Relations knowledge
