We are seeking a highly skilled Demand and Orders Analyst to support our customer inquiries and order management processes.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying key elements, and communicating downstream for required actions.
You will also be responsible for auditing order change requests from customers, evaluating acceptance from a material, production plan, technical, and logistics perspective.
Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing feedback on lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, and other relevant information.
Aligned with our sales production plan, you will work to achieve monthly goals and collaborate with other departments to manage sales and customer priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and control new sales orders, identifying key elements and communicating downstream for required actions.
- Audit order change requests from customers, evaluating acceptance from a material, production plan, technical, and logistics perspective.
- Provide feedback on lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, and other relevant information to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage sales and customer priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Process Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced-Intermediate level of English, spoken and written.
- Management and knowledge of SAP, Office Packages, and Advanced Excel.
- Desirable experience in Supply Chain and customer service.
