Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Data Maintenance Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting PepsiCo Beverage North America material master data in legacy SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support PepsiCo Beverage North America material master data in legacy SAP systems
  • Validate the accuracy of master data entries (all fields) to support SAP site deployments
  • Interact with stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Proactively coordinate, analyze, and review Material Master Data activities to increase data quality and data efficiency
  • Validate and maintain Material Master Data for each PepsiCo Global Template go live deployment
  • Complete end-user support requests within SLAs
  • Create/modify/maintain application procedures & process documentation
  • Create and/or improve tools used to enhance current processes
  • Effectively use available analysis tools and demonstrate capabilities in MS Excel
  • Assist Manager and Associate Manager with project-related work
Requirements
  • BS in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required
  • 2-3 years of experience with data management, with a strong preference for SAP MDG & S4/HANA
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting supply chain capabilities/functions
  • Working knowledge of Business Objectives, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Availability to support Material Master data after hours/weekends as necessary
