Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst will prepare business-related analyses and research for Supply Chain and/or Logistics. This includes preparing forecasts, analyzing trends related to Planning, Logistics, or Scheduling, and using the analyses to compile and prepare reports, of data and/or ensure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute supply plans to stock material in Mexico, Colombia, and CaCar, be the contact point for many large purchases made from outside of the company for projects
  • Follow up on no-stock orders in Mexico, Colombia, and CaCar
  • Monitor, control, and establish communication plans with the areas involved
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the Supply Chain area
  • Manage Supply Chain KPI dashboard
  • Standardize and document procedures
  • Manage area improvements projects
  • ISO documentation and audits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 4-5 years SML or related experience
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements
  • Ability to conduct research, prepare comprehensive reports, and present complex statistical information in a clear and succinct fashion
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and employees
  • Solves straightforward problems; analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures

Technical Skills:

  • Good English level
  • ELS or continuous improvement knowledge
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics (one of them)
  • Mapping tools or software: Visio, SmartDraw (one of them)

Soft Skills:

  • Good communication skills (oral and writing)
  • Proactive and very good attitude
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional groups at all levels of the organization
  • Results-oriented
  • Project Management Skills
  • Develop quality design presentation skills
