The Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to join our Order Execution Team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end order management from creation to delivery, ensuring timely shipment of products according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your primary focus will be on managing manufacturing orders, prioritizing critical orders, and collaborating with the Order Fulfillment Team to resolve open issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturing orders and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Prioritize critical orders to meet customer requirements and expectations
- Collaborate with the Order Fulfillment Team to resolve open issues
- Analyze and report CTB/ATB metrics
- Determine capacity requirements and allocate resources accordingly
- Handle special customer requests and resolve deviations
- Review daily backlog to identify potential issues affecting customers
- Implement Offspecs/Deviations for the MTY Plant
- Optimize finish goods and perform physical inventory rebalancing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- +3 years of manufacturing experience
- English language skills required; Spanish language skills a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office 365 software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with SAP S4, IPS, and LeMES
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
- Leadership and sense of urgency
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
