Job Summary

Citi is seeking a seasoned Customer Insights Manager to lead key consumer insights projects and drive the research model among key journeys and products.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute research plans to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  2. Manage cross-functional teams to deliver customer insights and monitor project task execution and timeliness adherence.
  3. Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement customer experience strategies.
  4. Provide advocacy and support on projects that impact the business to deliver/exceed the business plan.
  5. Offer user experience feedback at all phases of the project life cycle from project conception to implementation.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in market research or consumer insights.
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to articulate a deep understanding and knowledge of various ways to collect customer insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in team management and data management.
  • Experience in customer journey optimization.
  • Fluency in English (intermediate level).
