About the Role

Maintain and repair hotel Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency. Ensure all maintenance work adheres to company standards and local/national codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform highly complex repairs of physical property, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, air conditioners, refrigeration, and pool heaters.
  • Troubleshoot and perform repairs on various types of equipment, including pumps, motors, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work.
  • Display advanced knowledge of engineering computer programs related to preventative maintenance, energy management, and other systems.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of MEP systems.
  • Train and mentor other engineers as necessary.
  • Perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities, including readings and rounds.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
  • At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience
