Position Overview:

The Global Talent Outreach Specialist will be responsible for generating leads by cold calling businesses throughout the day, navigating gatekeepers, and pre-qualifying potential clients. The ideal candidate should have strong energy and motivation to succeed, with clear communication skills and the ability to engage prospects naturally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to businesses and navigate through gatekeepers to connect with decision-makers.
  • Pre-qualify businesses that may benefit from our services.
  • Enter gathered data and business information into the CRM (Zoho CRM is preferred, but experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus).
  • Hand off qualified leads to the internal sales team for further follow-up and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.

Qualifications:

  • High proficiency in spoken and written English with clear enunciation.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Strong motivation and sales drive, with a focus on performance-based compensation.
  • Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM (or equivalent CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Technology literate with an interest in telecommunications and technology services.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • A background in telecommunications or technology services.
  • Experience using Zoho CRM or similar systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
