Key Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs, determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions. The individual will source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms, evaluate applications, and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will compile interview questions and conduct in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Key Outcomes:

  • Proactively advise Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to enable efficient service delivery
  • Develop effective and cost-efficient sourcing strategies for all assigned openings
  • Ensure TA strategies are compliant with Country Regulatory requirements and Corporate policies
  • Leads delivery of full life cycle TA activities including planning, outreach, selection, offer management, credential verification, and preparing for Day 1 employment
  • Build a bench of qualified prospects to meet both current and anticipated business needs
  • Define, Measure, Analyze, process reports and feedback to enable continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology preferred or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of experience managing full life cycle TA process in a corporate and/or professional search firm
  • PHR/SPHR certification is preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
