**Job Summary**
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join our team in Juarez. As a key member of our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards in the Environmental, Health and Safety area.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate all day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and J&J in Environmental, Health and Safety Area.
- Provide management support to EHS sites assisting conformation to ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Standard & J&J Worldwide EHS Standards as related to federal, state and local regulations.
- Execute activities of robust processes to identify, evaluate and control safety, ergonomic, environmental and/or and safety risk in the workplace.
**Requirements:**
- Knowledge and follow EES policies & procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
- Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time period.
- Assist with EHS&S Incident Investigations.
- Assist with technical support for EHS&S.EHS&S Committees, Teams, Programs or Events.
- Work closely with the Site EHS&S Representative to ensure the facility is in full compliance with operating permits.
- Assist with monitoring progress of action plans, incidents, corrective action, equipment evaluations and associates and public complaints.
