**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining dashboards and KPI reporting, supporting department meetings and customer interactions, and providing general support to visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date dashboards and KPI reports

- Support department meetings and regular interactions with customers

- Follow up on tasks within the department to ensure timely completion

- Assist in project effort planning, consolidation, invoicing, and reporting

- Support business planning processes, including data update, consolidation, and reporting

- Assist in talent acquisition processes, including creation, follow-up with HR business partners, and reporting

**Requirements**

- Any administrative or bachelor's degree

- Strong interest in administrative tasks

- Excellent English skills (speaking and writing)

- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to work with numbers and spreadsheets

- Strong personal skills, time management, and task management skills

- Hardworking, enthusiastic, dynamic, self-confident, and able to meet deadlines

- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
